Loctite 5085 – Glass-Carbon Fiber Tape

LOCTITE 5085 is a reinforced fiber tape used in conjunction with Loctite 7210 (2C Epoxy). It is made of glass and carbon fibers providing very high strength.

In combination with Loctite 7210 it can be used to reinforce worn steel construction elements, where corrosion protection, tensile strength and fatigue resistance are required. This Resin/Fiber Composite is especially suited for steel pipes and tanks repair, where high strength and pressure resistance are required, together with corrosion protection and chemical resistance.
